The Egyptian Chapter # 30 Order of the Eastern Star, will conduct a chicken & dumpling fundraiser on Sunday, October 18, 2009 at the Masonic temple on Old Route 146 Loop. The event will be held from 11 AM – 2 PM. All-You-Can Eat homemade Chicken & Dumplings, Green Beans, Slaw, Corn Bread, Dessert & Drink will be available for a donation of $7.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. Carry-out orders will be available. The public is cordially invited to support a worthy cause, enjoy some good homemade chicken & dumplings and visit with neighbors and friends.
Just in time for your holiday shopping, there will be a “Country Store” craft bazaar featuring many handcrafted and homemade items.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Egyptian Chapter Order of the Eastern Star.
